1/2 cup Natural Raisins 2 cups small elbow macaroni 1 cup green onions, chopped 1 cup celery, chopped 1 cup cheddar cheese, diced 1 hard cooked egg, chopped 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Juice from 1/2 lemon 1/4 teaspoon each dried basil, oregano, tarragon Hot pepper sauce to taste Salt and pepper to taste |
Boil macaroni until tender, drain, rinse with cold water, and cool.
Add raisins and remaining ingredients mixing until well blended. Use more or less mayonnaise and sour cream for personal preferences. Chill for 2 hours before serving. Serves 8 |
